This was exactly what I expected: granulated, not a fine grind, more like coarsely round coffee. Strong orange smell. Good value!

It is so much easier to use The Spice Way Orange Peel and cheaper than buying oranges and grated them in order to use the peels in recipes. It came it rather handy during the Christmas season of baking cookies, cakes and in different holiday recipes.

It’s not very flavorful for tea

I thought it would smell more orangey. It's enough orange peel, I'll probably never run out, I'm keeping most of the package in the freezer. I've cooked with it, and no one got sick, so I guess it's ok to eat. HARD TO FIND in grocery stores, so get it here if you need some

I am quite pleased with the orange peel. In our household, we use quite a bit on fish prior to grilling. The flavor is good and consistency is uniform. Overall, I am very happy with the orange peel.
