This rice pack works wonders I use it heated and placed on my forehead for Migraines, when 1 side cools I flip it to the other side and it's still warm it works great I have purchased others but nothing compared I will stick with what works.

I have used these for over twenty years. They are awesome, for I am from a military helicopter crash, and I use these frequently, this and the neck one. We have actually worn them out from the amount of usage we get. A really good bang for your buck! So, we have reordered as necessary. When you have five back fusions, six neck fusions and many other surgeries these are live savers !

Pleasant aroma. Heats easily in microwave in 2 minutes. A greater amount of rice in bag would be better.
