Chow Tai Fook Maneki-Neko Fortune Cat with ID Badge Holder

Lovely, great quality. The gold cat comes in a protected hard plastic case that can be removed easily. The retractable paw print addition to this lanyard makes this my favorite feature. Instead of having to lean to swipe my work ID, I simply pull the badge to scanner. Color is closer to a terra cotta clay shade of brown.

The badge holder is adorable and well-crafted, but I was disappointed that it didn’t come in the beautiful gift box shown in the product photos. Instead, it arrived in a simple paper bag. I bought it as a gift, and the packaging made it feel less special. The product itself is lovely, but the presentation was not as advertised.

The pictures make this product look a bit dull in color, but it is anything but! I plan to use this for my I.D. once I start my new job. This is a beautiful product, with lots of detail.

Hello, I received my item today and was disappointed in seeing the thin packaging which left the decorative box dented and not worthy of me giving it as a gift as I intended. But what is even worse is that the item is not as described as on Amazon. It is described as being a genuine leather card holder and clearly it is not. It is very much plastic. How may I be compensated for this tragedy? Very disappointed
