The first thing that I loved and my daughter loved is that this brings a lot of packages inside. So that in itself is worth it. Daughter says that this has really helped her gut health. She takes it before eating but says it’s better to take later in the day and don’t mix it in water. The taste is better when taking it without water. I have noticed her skin improving as well. Overall this is worth getting it, it brings a whole lot of packages and if you don’t mind not having it with water, this item is great for you.

It's good to eat and it make my stomach so comfortable. Has been about 3 years since I started menopause and I had a lot of trouble urinating at night, but after a week of taking probiotics, I've reduced the number of times I go to the bathroom at night to once or twice. I'm finally getting some sleep now. I feel much better every day.

Started on this product and really like how it makes a difference in my gut health it has a good taste to it def recommend!
