I tried two others like this and both were so huge that they would have been dangerous for little feet. This one fits close to the wall and sticks out only enough to hold the door in place. If your door is a few inches wider than your doorway, you only need one when placed correctly. This one also actually has two rollers. One of them is small and is on the wall side of the item. The price for this one is comparable to the larger ones that I didn’t like.

They are really great, easy to install, and makes it so much smoother when opening and closing the barn door. I would highly recommend these, so much better than what is sold with the barn doors for sure.

I like that you screw into the wall instead of drilling into the floor.

This has worked perfectly in our camper for bedroom sliding door to make it actually easier to glide the door open and closed.

I've gone through four different variations on barn door guides to finally find one that fits my application and this one is perfect. I only wish it came in Stainless Steel or Brushed Nickle.
