Great value rod and fitted in boot of car which was the main reason for buying it.nice casting rod and feel when fish on.does the job.only downside is hand grips but easy to replace and made all the difference 😊

I received the rod today. It was well wrapped, in a bag, and looking good. As it was 2 hours off high tide, I took it for a quick splash.( I live a few minutes from the harbour). I was concerned it felt a little stiff, but on casting was very pleasantly surprised at how sensitive it is. 90 minutes in a stiff headwind and I was easily casting 50 yards, in the direction I wanted. At first I missed bites due to its sensitivity, but learning as I fished I soon landed four nice whiting. All cleanly hooked, all released unharmed. So, I am very pleased.

This looks a great Rod , well made and within a very reasonable budget . I would recommend this Rod if you want quality and a Rod that's very sturdy in a 3 piece format . It seems very bite detectable with also the power to cast large weights . I would definitely recommend this Rod to anyone who loves their sea fishing . I will use very soon and luckily live 3 mins from the coast .. but it's also ideal for transport , if needs be . This Rod looks very reliable and it's carbon construction makes this Rod very strong and the added bonus of reasonably light to hold .

Nice looking rod, not to heavy. Ideal for spinning or bottom fishing. Not used as yet.

I am no expert, but compared to my friends more expensive rods, this comes across as very high-quality. The sections fit very snuggly and neatly together. Nice and stiff, I’ve mainly use this for beach casting/Bait casting and also Mackerel feathers. Would definitely recommend this product

The rod looks good, comes with cloth bag, in 3 sections so can go in the boot of the car easy enough. Cass well, I am not a great caster but I think it went a bit further than my previous rod. Made of carbon fibre so it is quite thin and seems to be more sensitive yet still very strong. Caught a very small ray with it (first time out - after half hour so was happy) - although nothing else all day!! Point is I saw the bite from a small fish and the rod performed well. If you're looking for the next step up from say a Shakespeare Beta I think this is good buy or even as a first rod you can grow into.
