I am loyal to Biotherm products & was thrilled to find a new product. I’ve been using it for a month now with zero results. It is not the consistency described. What I find odd is that it is pink when removing. I’ll give it another month & hope to see positive results.

The box was all smashed and the product was leaking out a little bit. It didn't really smell like the true product and I feel like I wasted my money. Since I'm not sure if this is the real deal I will just use it on my hands. Not impressed.

I got a demages paperbox, when I opened the lid the inside white lid was missing, the glass-jar was half empy - I thini I got either a used one or an very old storekeeper
