Is this florescent or dull yellow color?

Based on the reviews and a few of the answers, I ordered these thinking they would be the plain/dull yellow and not the fluorescent type. However, I was a bit uncertain due to some contradictory information listed here. For example, (1) under "Technical Details," the color is listed as "fluorescent yellow"; and (2) the manufacturer's answer to a question states: "Our records indicate the Sharpie Accent Tank Style Highlighter is Fluorescent Yellow." So I figured it was a gamble to order them online, but did. Unfortunately, what I received (via one of the "new" non-amazon sources) was the dreaded fluorescent type. I returned those and then went to an actual Staples store and found the plain/dull yellow type. Just to be sure before buying them, I took out one marker and marked on a piece of paper to confirm that they were indeed plain/dull yellow. I now realize the source of confusion is this: the model number listed this Amazon page is 25005, which is what I bought at Staples, and which is definitely the plain/dull yellow type. However, the description on this page states that the 25005 are fluorescent, which is incorrect; and so is the manufacturer's answer. The fluorescent ones I received are model number 25025. To summarize: 25005 = dull/plain yellow 25025 = fluorescent So to be safe, from now on, I'll only buy these from an actual store where I know which model number I'm getting. Staples had another box of the 25005s yesterday (they seem to be is scarce supply), so I picked up a second box. Hope this clarifies the confusion. Are these regular or florescent? ( I HATE the florescent ones.) Some reviews say these are regular, some say that they are florescent.
