These cakes are brown rice based, but that unfortunately doesn't translate into fiber or any sort of nutrient goodness. Further, they are less "puffed" up with air pockets compared to the quaker rice cakes I have enjoyed over the years. Overall, I'm not sure the benefit of using these as they don't add any real nutritional value and are less ideal for making any sort of sandwich or treat than traditional rice cakes, given their lower surface area and poorer flavor profile and the calories for 3 of these are roughly equivalent to 2 traditional cakes.
