How do you turn it on? I've had this for over ten years and never turned it. I can't figure out what to push to turn it on. I changed the batteries.

Not sure which version that you have but mine doesn't turn on. It's just a display. There is no battery in mine.

They don't fold back but they fold on top of each otherand makes 2 large blades

Would this fit a 3.75 action figure? think gi joe from the 80's.
