Bought this bed because we needed super king size and a spring bed would not go up the narrow stairwell without causing damage. This bed arrived in an unbelievably small box. Bed is good overall, we've had many good nights' sleep. However, your limbs "sink" into the bed if you concentrate pressure in a smaller area, for example laying on your elbow or sitting on your knees. It's made of foam after all.

The Mattress come over hold up as they normally do instructions say 48 hours once you’ve opened it to fully expand we did the full time and it still expanded after that it’s very comfortable no roll together and not too heavy

I am so glad the hubby decided to invest in one of these mattresses.The best nights sleep I've had in years, in fact he sleeps better and doesn't snore as much (does not cure snoring ) so very happy. Takes a few days getting used to the different feel from a usual mattress.

After a week of curing it is great however, you need to know is not to sleep on it for at least 3 days after releasing the vacuum and allowing it to fully expand. Take it out of the bag. Leave it longer if you can. Initially the mattress is very soft and compressible and it continues to firm up over the first week. Although there is no discernible odor, curing continues in the structure of the lower foam layer as it sets. It really does get much firmer and supportive every day over the first 7 nights of sleeping on it. I waited 24 hours before using it and I woke the next day very disappointed because it was so soft you had to climb out of the depression. So, if you take anything away from this it is this: If I bought another I would wait at least a week with it out of the bag before I slept on it. This wasn't just me getting used to the mattress it really does get firmer and more supportive.

Really comfortable and excellent mattress four so far. I don't really like spring ones so always prefer one without and memory foam is the one that does it for me. After reading lots of reviews, decided to go for this one. Used it for few months and it was great. Slept like a baby but after a while noticed that the mattress on the corner where I used to sleep was dipped in and there was a like a slope in that side where vh caused me lot of pain and stiffness. Always used to wake up with stiffness and pain. I never realised this and thought was due to my bed frame or something as was in love with mattress so changed the slates etc but to no luck. Still had a same issue so I changed the mattress angel that is moved the legs'side to the front and slept. It worked like a charm again for next couple of months but then that side also started to sunk in and this is when I realised what the issue was with my mattress. Mattress is great but material does not look that strong as I do not weight much as well and still this to happen only after few months of usage, can't say much but it could be a manufacturing fault as well . It's possible as not many users had this issue so mine might be down to manufacturing fault. Wrote to the seller after almost a year as it says 10 years warranty and seller responded promptly and sorted the issue out amicably. I can not say much about mattress but dealing with this company and this seller, you are in good hands. They will not let you down and neither will they ignore your emails. They have one of the best customer service and support that we can possibly expect from much bigger companies. Best company to deal with. Just because of their after sales service, I bought another one with the same brand. Let's hope that lasts long.
