I’m a lifelong green tea supporter. I’ve taken other extract pills and this one is a good option. The package was sealed and these pills actually give me energy without making me jittery, which is what you want in any sort of extract pill. They don’t upset my stomach

I started taking these November 11th. 3 capsules in the morning. I immediately noticed an increase in energy and diminished cravings for junk foods, but I didn’t go to any great lengths to change my diet/exercise routine. Here I am December 1st and realized I am so much less bloated. Hopped on the scale and I am down 5 lbs! I am a 47-year old peri menopausal woman, dropping weight hasn’t ever been this easy! I am a customer for life now. These are miraculous!

Overall, very pleased with this products performance. Definitely helps get rid of free radicals, especially near the END of a work week. My job involves repeatative, physical labor... (Lifting 20-80lbs, at odd angles, walking 20,000-27,000 steps, and pushing/pulling various heavy objects) The weekend is the most demanding, due to back to back 12 hour shifts, so I stack the green tea with my vitamins to help me perform ABOVE average, and endure a long flipp'n day without looking like a zombie. This stuff works, and I DON'T NEED the stupid, life threatening, energy drink garbage. Honestly, one single product isn't going to save the world,you need to seriously reevaluate your lifestyle, and WHAT you allow into your body 4 goodness sakes. Eat HEALTHY, avoid g.m.o.'s, figure out what your body is DEPLETED of, and don't go overboard replenishing it. (Everything in MODERATION) 🤗 Nuff said.

It's difficult to rate a supplement because it can take months to see any discernible difference. This is a great zinc ionophore. These were a reasonable price and I've always trusted the brand. What's not to like?!?

They’re easy to swallow and didn’t upset my stomach when taken with food. A solid antioxidant boost at a fair price.

Haven’t taken it but 3 times and got the jitters when taken with not enough food. Tastes really bad too.

My personal feeling is that green tea supplements DO have a moderate effect that speeds up metabolism. Been taking green tea extract for ten years or more. Over that time, also lost 140 lbs.
