horrible quality
We bought this product on May 2nd, 2022, and by the end of the month it had 5 leaks in it. We are needing to return it, but there is no option for return. It was for a resident in Long Term Care, and therefore they are out 70+ dollars because of the poor quality of this product. The one star rating is TOO MUCH.

I bought this last December 2016, i like it because it helps pressure point and to prevent bed sore specially to those bed bounce. But sad to say after 3months this air mattress already not in good shape and theirs a hole already. I don't know what to do to cover that hole. I tried to put patch to cover it but didn't work either. I wish their something to save the mattress so I don't have to buy this again and again. (Every 3 months)

It helps make a bed comfortable.
It es easy to use, and mine came with a pump, which was unexpected as I already have one. But you need the pump. Helps with my back pain.Pros: ease of use, comfort and affordabilityCons: kind of narrow for a large person, mine on average have lasted about a year before springing a slow leak and then over a few days they become useless. Evidently there is a vinyl repair kit, but the first isssue is trying to fin a slow leak when it can’t be inflated.

Not as helpful as recommended.
I used this product for a month and couldn’t wait to get it off my bed. I purchased it to help relieve back pain from spinal stenosis and degenerative disk disease. After 30 days I came to the conclusion that if you didn’t move around a lot the air pockets bottom out and cause pain. I was trading pain and that was not a good solution. This mattress is supposed to prevent pressure injuries for bed ridden people and reviewers spoke to it helping with back pain for conditions like mine. I don’t have pressure ulcer injuries and I don’t believe it was helpful for back pain. I threw mine away and wouldn’t recommend it for either condition after sleeping on it.
