Great experience, Go for it!!
Got the delivery of the laptop today. I was very skeptical to buy refurbished product but very happy with the received product. Below are the highlights: 1. The laptop has many scratches on the top and looks pretty used and old which is the only negative point for this purchase.(reducing 1 star for the same) 2. The specifications of the laptop is exactly what is being claimed. 3. Laptop battery easily lasted for 4 hours on a full charge. 4. Speakers sounded a little low but it's manageable in such price range. 5. Performance of the laptop is very good. Trackpad and keys are in perfect working condition. 6. Laptop is very sturdy and no serious damage is visible apart from normal wear and tear due to usage. 7. Found a little issue with battery after updating the drivers but issue was immediately resolved on connecting with the support team of the seller. Overall would say that it's a terrific purchase and the seller has good after sale service. Will update the review after a month of usage.

POOR QUALITY
The product is not worthy to categorise under excellent. writing this review after one month of usage. within a month of purchase the display stopped working. lines started appearing in display. the amazon customer executive is unable to help with warranty claim nor the seller was unable to reach. the seller did not provide proper contact details. there is no proper channel to raise warranty claim. i have shell out 7000 bucks to replace the screen. not worth the money spent. I strongly recommend not to buy from this seller. cheating people never ever invest the hard earned money in buying refurbished products online.

Value for money and good NJ support
The laptop is good. Wanted urgently for a specific work. Received in 2 days. Only touchpad was not working. I contacted NJ support. They have tried to install drivers to correct. But didn't work. So will be correcting the same. I did not return it back as support team responded logically and positively. I can use it with external mouse until it gets corrected. Otherwise everything looks good.

Very good for official need and online exams
I was hesitant at first about the used product. But when I searched about amazon refurbished products, I took the initiative of reuse to reduce e-waste. Hence I tried it. It almost looks similiar to the new. Only few minor glitches in the screen which I saw after 10 days. I am using the product for 2 months. I will edit review again letter.. But now its going really fine. 2019 professional pro plus word, excel and ppt was available to run.

Lenovo Laptop
The charger does not work. It is a scam dont buy from this dealer. All the apps work properly on the laptop, however the screen and keyboard connection hinges are loose. Found the price a little higher for the product.
