Bought a refurbished one. Battery wasn't great, so I replaced it with a new battery: not much difference. This is a nice laptop

Needs to be tested before sold.

The laptop showed up looking brand new. It was very safely packaged, although the outer box was a little too large. At first, the laptop didn't recognize the power supply, and I ended up using a power supply from an older laptop. I was unable to complete the setup on the computer, and after 7 attempts, I gave up and returned the laptop. The return process was straightforward. I am just waiting for UPS to pick it up. I purchased a second one that showed up on time, and after going through the same issues, I had to access it offline and then add my Microsoft account to access it. From the first access, it said Windows wasn't activated, but after hours of trying, the machine just locks up when I try to activate Windows. After working with computers for 45 years, and as a government cybersecurity and IT specialist, I have never had the problems I have experienced with the two of these computers exhibiting this behavior. It almost feels like a bad copy of Windows is being put on these systems. Edit: After digging into the machine, it is listed as a Windows 11 Pro machine and has an unactivated Windows 10 Pro on it. There are system errors preventing the update, activation and upgrade process.

Not Ready For Windows 11 - able to install anyway

This laptop required additional steps to upgrade to Windows 11! Fortunately, I was experienced and comfortable enough to go into the BIOS to activate the TPM. Next, I had to create a flash drive to use as an external upgrade; I was unable to upgrade to Windows 11 through the "Settings>Upgrade" option. Note: I had to use AI to find the steps. Since then, I've added additional software and everything seems to be running smoothly. I would not recommend this to anyone uncomfortable with technology.

Great lap top for the price..

This generation laptop has surprised me so far works and functions great. It doesnt over heat from long use , has the lit up keyboard that I like. Able to perform fast. This arrived looking Brand New. Has enough mem and gigs etc for daily home and work use. I need a design series laptop for this is ligh weight to carry . It even came with the touch screen which i never had before but luv it...You really cant beat the price and it will up load windows 11
