Garden of Life is one of the best whole food companies for vitamins, etc. I’m so thankful to have the ability to pronounce very common or known fruits, veggies, and etc on the bottle. I can read the back of the label and have confidence that my Vitamin C is coming from bell peppers or cherries or another common fruit that I eat in my regular meals. No synthetic stuff for me. I was taking B12 only then realized I was low on the other B vitamens. Taking this I get all of them which saves money from am having to purchase separate B12. And being raw is even better. I only to take vitamens.
