Product worked perfectly for me to replace the badly deteriorated OEM bulb seal.

Worked perfectly for our 2005 Forest River Wildwood 37BHSS Travel trailer slideout. It was as easy to install as others said - on our slideout there was a hidden 1/4 hex head screw at the top and bottom of each vertical seal section. Just remove the screw, save it, peel off the old seal like a banana skin, slide on the new, one (lube with Windex), then put the screws back in. Replace original caulk with self leveling RV roof caulk, and you're done. Now, the horizontal section across the top is not as easy, as we did not want to bother with removing the slideout spring_loaded awning, so we just replaced the first two feet on each side with new seals, butt spliced in with the original horizontal seal, so that it looks new from the ground. The seal under the awning is not exposed to UV from the sun, and was in OK shape. Whole project was done in one afternoon with one tube of RV caulk, also sold here.

Great Replacement! After buying a 7 year old camper and seeing that the D-seal's on both pop-outs disintegrated into a sticky putty like mess, I searched for a replacement. The camper store wanted $4 per foot and they still had to order it in, so I check on Amazon to see if it was cheaper, sure enough like usual the brick-n-mortor was trying to double what it should cost. This seal was a perfect fit and it's white as snow, I'm sure with proper treatment on the seal it will last just as long or longer then Oem D-seal,

it was installed in less than 2 hours.

I wish I would have bought brown. However, this is very high quality and easy to install and reseal.

Easy to install.Why can you not buy this by the ft? Had 3.5 ft left and threw it away.

This 1" EKD gasket fits my trailer slide out seal.I removed the old seal by removing screws on each end of the seal and then sliding it out. The new one slid in the bracket perfectly. I replaced the screws. It was an easy job for a 70 year old. However, it is an expensive seal. I hope it lasts better than the original which was only 5 years old.

Product was great. We were able to install in about 2 hours start to finish and our 3 slides.
