Double Sharp Quick-Clip Lightweight Thread Clippers Trimming Scissors & Thread Snips (12pc Metal)

I bought these for the tailor shop I worked at. Disappointed. Half of them ate sprung, so worthless. Some were nor sharp for anything but thread. Couldn't cut single layer of light wool or blends. Glad they were cheap

I sew professionally for a living so I need good snips. These are not the ones pictured, at least not in the pics I looked at before purchasing. The ones I usually use have a bird engraved on them, these do not. I’ve had days where I went through 2-3 pairs. I sew upholstery, and use heavy thread. I have a set at home for my knitting and crocheting and they cut yarn fine.

The price is great snd they work well

These quick thread snips are not very quick. It's like trying to cut leather with a dull knife, it chews it a little bit but doesn't really cut. I have to make a few attempts before the thread is severed. I'll try another pair before sending them back.

I bought these based on a precious gift of a pair from a friend. I was disappointed because the quality of these pairs was not the same as the one I was gifted. They won’t close all the way and that causes a problem when you’re using snips and trying to cut away loose threads with one hand. Needs quality control before sending these out again. But the ones that work, work well.

Good value but quality isn't the best. Some are bent but you can bend them back in shape. OK for the money but not as good as some I paid a lot more money for.

These clips don’t stay in line after a few usages which makes it impossible to clip. I had a different brand that was wonderful and I unfortunately opted to try a cheaper version. They looked the same but constructed poorly. If they did work they are sharp but that’s all I can say.
