The Best I've Tried (So Far)...
This is a simple product review to write; I really like these handlebar grips. They're easy to install, easy to trim (if needed), they're durable, and above all, they're quite comfortable for my hands on a my 10-15 mile exercise rides. I have tried a few different grips now; some of them were considered "ergonomic," some of them were much more expensive than these ($25-$30), but so far these have managed to remain on my handlebars the longest. Quite simply because they are the most comfortable grips I have yet tried. Keep in mind, I am not some crazy young mountain bike rider, nor a person capable of doing a hundred miles in one day. I'm just a 49 year-old guy who rides a hybrid 7-speed cruiser mainly for exercise, but demands comfort from the accessories he purchases for this bicycle. I'm out to burn calories and lose weight (which is working, btw), but I don't want to suffer too much while I'm out and about on my bike. All of the other grips I have personally tried have ended up causing me discomfort on my hour-plus rides. These foam comfort grips have earned their name. And they're cheap. And they arrived quickly. So... five stars!

best
I got these because my 1989 rockhopper came with foam grips originally. These replaced a set of ergonomic grips that I paid 20 bones for in 2006. These foam grips are way better than the overpriced ergonomic grips. They are soft and spongy and during/after a ride my wrists feel a lot less pain then with the ergonomic grips. I can not rate the durability of them because I only have maybe 40 miles on them, but for the price and comfort durability becomes less of an issue. I am going to buy another set for my other vintage mountain bike and my duaghter also wanted a set.

Good cheap grips
These grips are good for what they are. A good cheap foam grip. Good for cruiser type bikes where your weight is not pressed into them, BUT if you use them on mountain bikes or anything where you have to press into the grips then they could easily become uncomfortable on long rides. I do rides of 30 miles or so, and by the time I got back I could feal the numbness in my hands on regular mtb handlebars. However when I switched to cruiser type bars where I was more leaned back the discomfort vanished.

Comfortable and easy to install
Literally had new grips in less than 5 minutes. Used a razor to cut my old stock grips off (and they were gummy and left no residue). Put some dish soap on my damp hands and ran them along both ends where the new grips would go. Slid them on with ease & used the back of a big screwdriver to pound the end caps on. Very comfortable ride and they don't move at all. Great value for a great product! Can purchase again and repeat the process if they get sun damage again.

Soft, comfortable, like originals, just what I wanted!
Very soft which cushions hands on handlebar while riding. All foam like originals that came on bike, no hard plastic covering. Couldn’t find elsewhere so I took a chance on mail order and am pleased with product. These type don’t have as long a life as old fashioned handles of more solid plastic but those aren’t as comfortable as these and if I have to replace after a few years do be it...they did the job I wanted to be comfy while riding.

Perfect match for my old ones!
Ones like these came on my recumbent about 10 years ago and I haven't been able to find an exact match until now. I was holding what was left of the old ones on with electrical tape. These are an exact match for the ones on my bike, so now I have good grips again and, even better, I know where I can get some new ones when these wear out.

Fragile
These slid around on my bar and tore very easily. Silicon foam grips work better.

Great price, but not quality
I like it for the fact that they were $5 and very comfortable to ride with, but within literally two days of my placing them on my bike - which, I should mention, they fit perfectly on a basic beach cruiser - the right side of the one foam handle cracked/tore down the metal by about a half inch. They fit well on the metal, so I'm not sure why. I am worried they will not last a year, but anything is better than no handlebar grips. As long as you're okay with kind of poor quality/longevity and a simple replacement for truly thrashed handlebar grips, I would recommend the product! Otherwise maybe splurge on solid ones.
