Drag and drop to define data relations. Handles large data sets with ease. A responsive, stable piece of software.
I was trying to do lots of matching across file using Excel - it because too painful. Switching to Filemaker Pro for all but simple flat file needs. I converted a colleague after showing him the visual layout of relations, especially when demonstrating the interactivity. Relations defined by drag and drop - wonderful. They've made lots of tweaks in the user interface, which work well, yet are familiar enough with two versions ago. Great responsive, stable piece of software.

I'm a longtime user of FileMakeer Pro. This was an upgrade for me. It is an excellent database with the power to do what you need to do and the simplicity to get it done easily.

Great Upgrade Product
Needed a version to work with El Capitan on my Mac. This upgrade from FileMaker 11 is working just fine. Couldn't be happier with the product. All databases converted to the new format without any problem.
