Horsetail capsules have been the most effective thing I've tried to regrow my thinning hair and give me far more fullness! At age 75, my hair is now like it was in my 40's! I've used it for 2 years, taking 2 capsules a day with 2 meals, only on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY. This way, I don't have to take breaks for a month or more, which is usually needed with most herbs. My nails and skin did amazing with these. I didn’t notice if my hair had grown at all because I stopped taking them. You really have to be committed to drinking a boat load of water daily. Otherwise you’ll regret it. I almost ruined my vocal cords because I ddnt drink nearly enough water while taking these. I developed laryngitis and was extremely dehydrated.
