They work
I got these to connect my sprinkler valve to the existing water pvc lines. They work and ate basically the same thing you’ll find at the local home improvement store. A little pricier here but you don’t have to drive to the store

Good heavy duty male adapters
Uses these male adapters in a replacement of my irrigation valves. They screwed into the valves and adapted to the PVC pipe. No issues they worked as they should have.
