I love the Tropiclean line for my dog's water. She is now 11 and has hip dysplasia, so, in addition to the way their products reduce tartar buildup and give her fresh breath, the added glucosamine is just an added benefit. All of the Tropiclean products are well tolerated by my dog (and my mom's cat). It is a little pricy as compared to some other brands, but it works- my dog has cleaner teeth with no brushing. I add it in her pet waterer every time that i fill it up. Just wish that it came in a less expensive multi pack.

Dogs have been having some extra stinky breath recently, and breath-treats like Minties just weren’t cutting it anymore. Adding some of this mouthwash to their water has been very helpful! They don’t seem to notice a difference in taste, and while the smell isn’t eliminated right after the first few drinks, I can definitely notice a difference! Definitely recommend trying this if DentaStix, Minties, and Greenies aren’t working for you anymore.

My dog isn't a fussy dog when it comes to additives in her water but she absolutely will not drink this.**edit**I wanted to revise my rating based on the customer service I received from Neato. Though the product didn't work for my pet, they offered to make it right and I really appreciate this. It's so hard getting products for your pet because you never know if they'll just outright refuse it for no reason at all. For us, we had gone through a whole bottle of the same brand but different flavor and then she just was off it all of a sudden when we went to this one. If you're hesitant to try, I would give it a go anyways because the company has a good customer service to help you in case your pet decides they don't like it.

I have an old girl I rescued at 12, she had dental surgery (lost 12 teeth) the first month I had her. The vet wanted to do another dental six months later, I started her on this product. Worked great, she is picky about water she drinks this fine. I have given it to two of my granddogs, one old with bad teeth, seems to be better, the other was young when he was rescued the vet thought he was older than one because of the tarter on his teeth. My son started him on this and his teeth sparkle now.

Product seems to really do the job with my dog's bad breath! The improvement is amazing! However, the seller did not package it well, and there was too much room in the box for it to bounce around. The box was wet, and when I opened it the cap was shattered into many pieces, and the foil seal was punctured. Part of the product had leaked. I complained to Amazon, but apparently they couldn't care less. I complained twice, and should have gotten a partial refund for the product that was lost. I tried to contact the seller, but Amazon has a middleman now, and you cannot contact the seller directly, and I guess Amazon never forwarded my complaint, or the seller and Amazon neither one care if you only receive part of your product.

We have been using this in our dog’s water bowl daily for over 6 years. Our dogs do not notice the difference that it is not plain water. We love it as there is no more smelly dog breath and it definitely helps cut down on tartar on their teeth. They get their teeth cleaned every two years and they have no teeth problems. Their ages are: 12 yrs, 7 yrs, and 4 yrs. Would recommend to all pet owners.

If I could give this negative stars, I would!It sounds great, and most of the reviews it seems everyone dogs tolerate it just fine, but not our dog. He’s a 5 year old 28 lb labradoodle. I added this to his water and he didn’t want to drink it. Eventually he did, and I didn’t think much of it. Until today. Yesterday I refreshed his water and added the appropriate amount of the liquid. Within minutes of him drinking it, he had diarrhea. All day and all night he had diarrhea and vomiting, with blood. Now I’m piecing it together and I found a couple spots on my hardwood floor of old dried vomit when I cleaned last weekend, and I noticed he’s been taking awhile to poop when he goes outside. I think this has been affecting him for the past 2 weeks and his body just can’t handle it anymore. It’s the only thing we’ve changed. He’s very lethargic today and not acting himself, which is normal after spending all day and night in misery. I dumped the bottle and will not be using it again. I also noticed others say about the warning on the bottle to keep away from pets. I saw that as I was dumping it out and thought yea this makes a lot of sense to make a product for animals and then warn to keep them away from it. Seems like it poisoned my dog! I do not recommend! Also, when you search Google for reviews of this stuff, others have the same complaints of GI distress in their dogs. Terrible product.
