Fantastic pad
This is so much better than a sponge, especially when felting flat shapes. The needle doesn’t disappear into it so the felt stays together really well. I really like this!

Love the small size ideal for tricky felting. The pad does get matted with the wool easy to remedy with a small wire brush

Wouldn’t bother.
Was really looking forward to trying this. I’ll be completely honest, it’s no good for what I wanted. It’s fine to lean on whilst you’re adding top colour. But for shapework, it’s useless. I’ve just tried to make a basic star, after a few jabs I’ve gone back to using the Clover brush thingy as the majority of the wool had been felted to the mat.
