Q: I can't find answer only setting

What do you mean? To answer lift the phone and press the left phone button. Or - go into the menu and you will be able to set the phone to answer automatically the moment you lift it from the charging station.

Q: Does this phone display the callers name if you have it stored in memory

Yes. Only problem i have is that the battery don’t last , have to keep them on the base otherwise they go flat after 14 hours
