Cosy and uncomplicated
Used by a 98 year old and his 85 year old partner. Clear, uncomplicated and very easy to use separate controls provide a preheat and then five heat levels with either a 1 hour or 9 hours timer. Not needed to wash the duvet yet so cannot comment on that.Both parents agree its very cosy.

It was delivered on time.it was a better price than my last one.Very pleased with it.

Does not heat all of duvet
Maybe I have a faulty one, but my duvet only heats in the middle of quilt. The outer half of each side does not heat at all, so quite dissapointed. Plus the timer does not last up to nine hrs, at most it warms up for 4 . Wish I had bought another make, but I had checked reviews on here first and they said good things about it.
