Nexera 375403 3-Drawer Storage Bed Frame, Full|White

My 14 yo daughter wanted a bed with drawers on one side and this bed looks like it came straight from her mind. It was easy to put together and feels sturdy.

Wheels on drawer rails arrived broken. Had to wait for mfg to sent replacements. Instructions confusing and unclear. We had to take it apart and redo it several times. Worst thing is the draw bottoms are made of a folded piece of cardboard that immediately sags and prevents drawers from opening and closing. Will have to buy wood to replace the cardboard so drawers can be used.

Product came damaged after taking awhile to arrive. Very heavy so can only imagine how many foul words came out of the mouths of the shipping folks. Box delivered damaged and had some big panels of the bed that were creased. Was also missing some parts to the bed like screws and such so had to get creative. Unfortunately it’s hard to find beds right now so will have to make do for now. If you want perfect product then don’t buy this bed.

Was excited about the bed but ended up having the worst experience. The frame was delivered with 3 cracked side pieces. When i tried to ask for replacement it took about a week for them to ‘check’ if i can. The box itself was tempered when arrived and instructions missing on top of damaged parts. In the end i just asked for a refund because the replacement was taking forever and the customer service team did not know what they were doing and just wasted my time.

Very easy to put together. Me and my daughter did it in maybe a hour give or take...seems to be very sturdy and of quality...good buy!

So far so great! Took about 4 hours to assemble with the help of my Mama. Be sure to read instructions clear because some parts can be a bit confusing in my opinion. Other than that everything else is great.
