Versatile, powerful, ergonomical, & quiet are my initial impressions.
The media could not be loaded. Just unpacked used the product today for the first time. It was packed pretty well, everything had it's own snug little compartment to keep it all secured in the box. The power brush is smaller than I was expecting. When I got it all together I was skeptical that I got my money's worth, it seemed more like a toy. But as I started using it it's definitely not a toy!I had to empty it 3x just from vacuuming the stairs (17 steps). My large 22x26 room I emptied 5x. I'm impressed with it's handling of dog fur (Husky) as well as how much small dirt/dust particles it picked up. Sucker's got some power! As advertised, it is pretty quiet. Quietest vacuum I've ever used. I was worried about the collection bin being too small with having a long hair dog, but with that power comes compression inside the bin so it's able to pack quite a lot into that small space.Almost $300 bucks is no small amount, especially for a vacuum. I was very leery & hesitant to pull the trigger on this one, it being a brand I've never heard of before. Tineco can thank Consumer Reports for earning my business, as it was recommended by them over Dyson due to Dyson's decline in quality & reliability apparently. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it doesn't feel the most sturdy in my hands, not like a typical upright. This is my first stick so I'm probably just not used to the lighter design & style. It does feel well built, just not solid. Then again they are all removable attachments & parts so that's probably par for the course for a stick vac.For now I feel it was a good buy. I say "for now" because I haven't even had it a whole day yet. I will follow-up as I put some more laps on it & get a better idea of it's overall quality & versatility.**** Update ****Holy crap does this thing pick up a LOT more dirt than any of my previous vacuums! My previous vacuum (Dirt Devil upright) could do the whole house & at most I'd have to empty it once. No joke, I have filled a 13gal tall kitchen can/bag!! Mind you most of it was dog fur, but still WAY more than the upright ever picked up. The bottom of the bag was all gritty sandy dirt, about 6" deep worth! I've NEVER had a vacuum pick up so much, let alone how effortlessly it does so. I live in a 3K square ft house, alone with just my dog. I bought it brand new 4yrs ago, no kids have ever been over, I never wear shoes in the house. I have absolutely no idea where all that dirt came from, let alone that my previous vacuum left that much behind! I'm absolutely amazed by this things performance! Will update on quality after more use, I've only had it since yesterday.**** Update ****Still very happy with this vacuum. Played with a friend's Dyson & I can say my first impression about it feeling toy-ish & un-sturdy is related to the style (cordless stick) & not a reflection of the Tineco A11 vacuum so I am adding the fifth star I withheld because of my first impression.Also.. some reviews are complaining the bend at the base of the power head preventing it from going flat to vacuum under furniture & this is not true. All you have to do is turn the vacuum a quarter turn so the power head is on an angle & it drops completely flat. (Photo & video attached.)**** Update ****So I feel the need to counter the reviews here that complain about loss of suction after only a few uses. CHECK THE FILTER!! As I mentioned about how much this thing picked up that my Dirt Devil left behind, & how much of that was fine gritty dirt, well.. it caked the cleanable filter REALLY quickly! The tool they include to clean the main filter is included for a reason. I've had to clean the filter about a dozen times in 4 months. With a freshly cleaned filter I just ran over a penny & the vacuum sucked it right up, & that was in normal mode NOT on max.The filter is stupid-simple to clean. It literally just slides in & out from the middle of the collection bin. I've started the habit of pulling & knocking it on the side of the garbage can whenever I empty the bin. It literally only takes 2-3 seconds to do.. I only use the cleaning tool about every 10 days to get the extra fine dirt off if it. (And yes, they do include a 2nd filter to swap into the vacuum before using the cleaning tool, you're not running the cleaning tool filterless.). The engineers really did go the extra mile to make this very user-friendly, an excellent performer, & easy to keep in optimal condition to maintain that performance.4 months in & I still highly recommend this vacuum!**** August 22, 2020 ****Still going strong! I now knock off the fine dust particles from the filter every time I empty the collection bin. I literally vacuum 1x-2x daily so I've used this thing at minimum 200x & suction power has not declined.

Very powerful. Great for apartments.
Very nice and powerful vacuum. The company is great with responding to issues with their product. Mine stopped working randomly one day and had a new replacement that same week. Great for apartment use. Good size and it is decently lightweight. Very powerful motor and good value for the money. Highly recommend. The charge lasts long for a 700 sqft apartment.

Uptdate to update—hate this vacuum now!…still?
Update to my Update:I emailed customer service in hopes for one last ditch effort- I wanted to love this vacuum still. I did receive a reply within 24 hours asking for the usual model #, proof of purchase date, a video of the issues, etc. In my haste and busy lifestyle I put that on my list of to-dos and didn’t earnestly get this done. I started a hunt for a new vacuum instead as I really needed one that did well on carpets as we have two rooms with thick carpet. I hade given up on this little stick gem. I say gave up, because the problem was really me, not the vacuum! The “battery” would die within 2 minutes of use, even when fully charged or even when the battey was changed out for a alternate battery. The red lights would flash and I assumed it was the vacuum was a dud. I thought I maintained it well- emptied the bin, flushed out clogs in the rollers or in the tubes, but I didn’t clean and wash the upper filter often. THAT was the issue! I sat down and found my manual that explained the error lights and shutting down could be from clogs and have nothing to do with the battery. I did a major cleaning, including washing the filters and leaving it off the charger for 24 hours for everything to dry and re-set and recharged her. Whatya know! She worked like new! I’m ashamed and pleased at the same time. I didn’t expect a clogged filter to behave like a failed battery. So if you’re having “charging” issues do a full maintenance and try again. It may not be your battery at all. This vacuum is great for my mostly tile and hardwood floors. It gets under furniture and tables very well. It’s good for quick spills and stairs. It does a good “once over” on carpets and rugs, but I’d still use a heavy duty vac for carpets for deep cleans and pet hair. I’m giving it 4 stars for the lack of deep carpet cleaning, but it’s not realistic to think a stick vacuum would perform the same. It is a good vacuum and I love having it plugged into it’s wall stand in the hallway where I need it both “out of the way, but always accessible.” Don’t give up too easily on this little vacuum. It’s powerful and reliable if you take care of it and follow the manual and maintain it adequately.Update:After having this for about six months, I hate this vacuum. I even bought a second battery for this so I could switch it out and keep going. As if! It lasts about 5-6 min on a full charge and when I go to switch out to the other battery, it’s never charged! The too sectioned of the charger has an extra port so you can charge the vacuum and the extra battery at the same time, but it doesn’t charge the top one. It’s like you have to charge the vacuum with the battery and then remember to switch out the battery and put the back up one in and charge it again. I don’t know why it can’t charge both at the same time! The tube often gets clogged and requires constant cleaning. I understand that vacuums need constant maintenance, but stopping 3 times for one room is excessive. I’ve begun to hate vacuuming because of the poor performance of this vacuum. For the very high price I expected it to work better. The extra battery was an additional small fortune. I might have well bought a dyson.I regret my purchase.I love my new vacuum!!! I especially love vacuuming my stairs. I’ve never had a stick vacuum and I must say I’ve been missing out! I love that my vacuum is hanging on my wall easily accessible and I don’t have to hunt for a plug and move the plug to every room.I LOVE that it is so light. I feel motivated to use it for the smallest messes because it’s so light and accessible. I confess…I’ve used it on my counters and dinning table to get crumbs with the handheld version. I mean why not?I bought the extra battery pack because I wanted the security of knowing I could keep going if I needed to, but surprisingly I have never used it! The battery lasts well enough to do my downstairs just fine, even on high. I use it every day to do a quick run around to get my entryway and kitchen and where the dogs come in from the doggie door.I do have one complaint though… whom ever designed this did NOT consider left handedness. It’s obnoxious that if I’m using my left hand to vacuum I keep turning it off. The, how-do-I-say, lever? keeps turning off because it’s designed to be held by a right-handed person. You have to be a left handed person to explain but you have to be conscious of the “on” lever when you’re using your left hand. I wish they had a design that would “latch” instead.
