Love it.

First of all I’m really pleased that I received a week before the estimated date. Second of all this saxophone is amazing ! I used to play the tenor saxophone back in high school and wanted to get back in playing the saxophone. I decided to get an alto this time and I’m not disappointed. I’m starting all over again in learning the notes and all but I gotta say I remembering more than what I excepted. The sound of this saxophone sounds so beautiful and it’s craftsmanship just amazing. You definitely get more than what you pay for. Anyone who is starting off as a beginner or getting back into playing the sax, I recommend you to get this sax. The only thing that I was bummed about was there was only 1 reed instead of 10 but still worth the buy !!

Wow! I decided on a backup alto where I volunteer with the middle school band. It worked well right out of the box with the original (inexpensive) mouth piece, ligature and really second rate reed. But the sax blew well, and I'm sure will do even better when I add a professional mouth piece ligature and reeds. I'm really pleased.

The key guard over my alternate F# key was not welded on fully - that’s it. Overall it sounds professional and is great quality!

As far as quality goes, you really get what you pay for, but this sax definitely surprised me and wears better than I expected. The body feels sturdy, the carving is gorgeous, and I didn’t see any flaws in the paint. The neck felt a little cheap and the pad for the octave key hole is off center but covers just fine. I did not receive the other 9 reeds, only the one that came already in the mouthpiece, but it seemed cheap and just encourages me to buy better ones. Everything else arrived in the box as stated. I played for 8 years in school and haven’t touched one in about 6 years, so I wanted a beginner instrument, and this one sounds great I’ve been picking it up like I never stopped playing. Overall, worth the money and a great sounding instrument. Recommend highly for beginners or those who want to get back into it after a long hiatus.

I called around for local pricing to rent a saxophone not knowing if my 6th grader would stick with it. The prices were outrageous. I found this saxophone on Amazon and decided to make the purchase. It is a great saxophone for a middle schooler. It sounds great and the black with gold is sharp looking. He is having a great time with this sax and has stuck with it. Phew :). Great investment rather than paying hundreds for renting an instrument. Highly recommend. I would recommend a different sax strap with more cushion though for comfort.

As long as you have the wind to play it, it is great!

This instrument was set aside for 6 months not touched because my son hadn't started playing the Sax yet. Once I started playing it I noticed the sound was off. Let my son take it to school the band director stated it sounds like it is leaking. Tried contacting the seller and he told me to take it to a shop and they would fix it. No shop would look at it, one shopped placed a light inside of it and stated the Bell is bent and several keys were not tight but refused to fix it due to cheap material. The seller told me he would replace the instrument but never did. Don't purchase this instrument, big waist of money
