This company is very deceptive in the way it labels its probiotics' ingredients.Here's what I mean:On this product, in particular, they claim "100 billion CFU" but once you go over to the ingredients table it is clarified that they are referring to 100B CFU per gram of powder. This does NOT mean 100B per capsule.Furthermore, it doesn't tell you what proportions of each strain is contained. For all we know, 99.9B could be one strain and the other strains can be contained at 500CFU or something like that.I understand why they are doing this. It is to make their product seem outstandingly powerful compared to other products. I mean, 100B per capsule - which they don't claim to offer - but the layman will be lead to believe they are offering (in this product), is a dosage you can't find anywhere. Let alone at this price.So by writing their label in this way they can stand out and make an impression. I admit that this is why I purchased their product, to begin with. Together with the fact that it is, supposedly, "timed release" or, in other words, made with acid-resistant capsules, allowing the capsule to dissolve in the small intestine thus bypassing the deadly-for-probiotics stomach acid.I do believe their probiotic is, indeed, strong, and high quality though. I felt benefits from it. I have been able to store it in room temperature and still use it to culture yoghurt which means the bacteria is truly well protected and high quality.Apart from the purposefully misleading label - 5-star product.If you have found this helpful, please click the "helpful" button below so that others can see my review more easily.

Don’t be put off by the price - they are worth it! These have literally changed my life, I’m on my third order. I have severe acid reflux and IBS, these one-a-day tablets help control 90% of my symptoms and minimise flare-ups. The prebiotic as well as the probiotic is so important - I’ve used some other forms with just the probiotic & the results are not as good. This is a very high level of cultures so if you’re new to these kind of supplements I would see how you go with lower dosage and build up if you don’t get results. I love that these tablets are easy to swallow, provide immediate relief/peace of mind and don’t affect my other medications/supplements. Nature’s Zest is a trusted brand, I have tried others & always been disappointed. Will 100% order again.

Best probiotics! I started taking these probiotics after a course of antibiotics because I had a lot of side effects after antibiotics, including loose stools and damaged gums. I noticed an improvement on the third day. I also like them because they do not contain lactobacillus acidophilus, this bacterium is a technical bacterium and it does more harm than good , do your own research.

I have kept these stored as the product states, cool, dark place but with over half the container left they have gone bad! You can see inside the capsule and it has all congealed, shrunk and gone rock hard!These are very expensive especially when you can not use them all, I was very disappointed so I emailed the company and they were great and have arranged delivery of a replacement for me. I have bought these previously and they have worked great, I have a hiatus hernia and since taking them I have had no symptoms at all! It’s fantastic. I think it must have been a faulty batch or Amazon have stored the product incorrectly, either way I am so grateful the company are replacing them.

One container contains six month’s supply, so the cost is not as great as it first appears. After 6 months I think these have made a difference to my health. Have changed my eating habits to reduce carbs in my diet to improve my T2 diabetes. This has worked well - blood sugar level now normal. Interestingly normally I would have found this very difficult as I have a sweet tooth and love bread etc so would have felt ‘deprived’ cutting them out of my diet. However I have experienced no cravings at all and just have a different way of eating nowadays. I think this is due to the changes in my Microbiome. Also take resistant starch to encourage the growth of the good bacteria. Have just bought another 6 months’ supply of capsules.

I haven’t noticed anything yet, but I’ve been taking the tablets for a few days only. I wanted to replace and enhance my intestinal flora after 15 days of high strength antibiotics. I hope these tablets will help.

My daughter and I both suffer from IBS. Sometimes our stomachs bloat out that it looks as if we're pregnant and we feel very self conscious about it. Neither of us likes the drinks you buy in the supermarket so we'd thought we'd give these a go.Obviously its too soon to tell but its much easier to take 1 tablet a day than to drink a drink that makes you feel sick. Its also cheaper. It works out about 40p per day for a tablet and a drink can cost about 42p a day. Over the year that can be over £7 difference. I'd rather have that in my pocket than to give it to the supermarket.Also I wouldn't keep 182 bottles in my fridge instead of a small bottle of tablets.I'll update my review once I know if my IBS is easing.

It is great and is helping me live rather than just get by each day. I have no loss of energy or tiredness after meal times. Digestion is smooth and pain-free.
