Perfect for using as an Xbox memory card to softmod your console, or for transferring files to and from Windows 98 computers. They come pre-formatted in FAT which is ideal for older Windows systems but if you wanna use the full capacity on a modern system reformat them to exFAT or NTFS. Or if you use Linux do whatever filesystem you want. Also, I like the variety of colors and the LED access indicator. It's the little things that count.

I only needed one drive that was less than 512MB to use on an old electronic drum kit that could not handle anything larger. The drives are small and compact and worked exactly as I would expect.

Works as it should for soft-modding an Original Xbox with USB 1.1 support. The first one in the pack I tried kept corrupting the save files I’d load onto it, but the second one worked without any issue. You definitely get what you pay for with these. They’re very cheap drives but passable, especially for soft-modding. The multi pack is nice in case one doesn’t work properly (bound to happen with these.) Perfectly fine to use on Windows as well in general. I definitely wouldn’t recommend these for anything important though, or for long-term storage.

If you're looking for older design, low capacity drives to flash original Xbox consoles, these worked great for me.

These worked perfect for soft modding an Original xbox. The build quality is decent and overall worth the money. The only real problem I have with this product is that I wish the seller had a smaller quantity, cause now I don't know what I'll need 5 of them for.

They did not work for soft modding my Xbox. I don’t know how everyone else got theirs to work. I formatted them using my OG Xbox. But it would show less memory but show nothing. Maybe I got a bad batch. Still keeping them for just in case. Good thing I found a old 4gb memory stick I nicknamed “Ol Faithful” and that totally worked.

I buy these over and over for CNC file transfers. They get TONS of use! Eventually wear out like all others. Good product.

Used them for something that requires an older low storage option and it worked like a charm.

Got the 512MB one. Works perfectly for softmodding an original Xbox with FATXplorer. Even a v1.6 Xbox accepts them perfectly fine. Don't forget to get that XBOX Port to USB female adapter too!
