Q: Do you sell the hardware by itself? My rack loosened and lost a few screws.

Take one of the screws you have and match it at a hardware store. They are all the same

Q: Why do you show mounting hardware when it is not included? Also, with such heavy spring tension how do you expect to keep it down and usable?

You should have received mounting hardware as you will need it along with a step drill bit to make the holes. If you place a package on the spring loaded rack such as 12 pack use bungee cords to secure the load. The spring will help to keep it secure or you can wrap something around the rack pull down portion and keep it flat all the time. Good luck!

So not buy this!! No hardware!!

No hardware. Cannot use it with out the mounting hardware. Extremely stiff spring you must mount something extremely heavy to use this. Do not buy this!!

Be careful using factory knockouts!

Went on pretty easy, the knockouts on the scooter's front panel were a little bit off so I drilled small holes then used my oscillating sander to enlarge the holes in the right direction, about 1/8" - 3/16" up and to the left, installation looks really clean, nice accessory...
