Perfect for strengthening hand outside of therapy sessions

Used these in PT. Bought my own because these and the putty and a hand opener thing was what I had to use due to my injury. I’m only up to the red one now and it’s been about 10 months. My brother tried it and he isn’t injured and he felt the strength building just testing them out. He’sa mountain biker and said he could find use in having them at home.

I like the multiple strengths so can move up or down as needed as hand gets stronger! I do notice some 'clicking' sounds so not sure if very durable. I like the individual fingers so I can also work on each one to increase each ones strength and dexterity.

The product did not come with the plastic stand as described. I’m still giving 4 stars because the digiflex exercisers are great. I’m just a little disappointed the stand wasn’t included.

These work as expected for our therapy patients

Started using this type of hand exercise tool about ten yrs ago when I had some tendinitis. I now use them to keep my fingers nimble for guitar and piano. With the separate finger springs, I can work on all fingers or individual finger. with the different spring tensions I can pick the tension that is right for how my hands are feeling on any day. I would give them a five, except I'd like to see a single with adjustable tension.

I use this in the clinic with my patients with hand injuries. Top quality. They’re soo good that one patient even stole the green one! Haven’t seen it since!

This is an excellent set to own for rehabilitation sessions and it comes with a case to keep in order and tidy. I also like each of the strengths comes with its own handle grip. Well done.
