Have had the product for two years now and and very happy with it. The install was quick. It's easy to clean, the light is bright, and the fan works well. It is not a quiet fan but it does the job. We don't really use the remote, so I can't comment on it. For a more 'budget' item I'm very impressed with the vent hood. I've also had to get a replacement part (a light) and the manufacturer is very responsive and is sending the part free of charge, despite the vent hood being past warranty.

The manufacturer/seller was excellent and responsive to resolve issues via Amazon and was prompt to respond to inquiries and sent out replacement parts in a quick manner. This is a reputable manufacturer who cares about after sale service and issues. The range is stainless steel,easy to clean. It looked like a professional grade product of high quality. Even though the LED lights failed prematurely, the manufacturer was contacted via Amazon ,sent replacement parts in a prompt manner. I hired an electrician to install it many months after I purchased it, as I was going through a whole house remodeling project, despite the extended periods of time after that, the manufacturer was still very easy to deal with the issues I faced much much later after the purchase and installation ,this is outstanding customer service and support. The fans seem strong, LEDs help illuminate the cooking and surrounding area adequately, although I wish they would be even brighter. Noise level are on the high side when fan speed is turned to high speed, but I haven't experienced a good and strong range hood that is strong and also quiet , I don't think they exist unless you're paying a Dyson like price. The speed control was touchless, just wave your hands to the light panel, left to increase speed, wave to the right to reduce speed . The stainless steel oil catcher filters is easy to put on and take off, and dishwasher-able. The appearance after installing gives an impression of professional look and quality. Unless you are a demanding professional chef, this will satisfy most home kitchen cooking. I have witnessed much higher priced range hood that didn't perform any more better. Recommended

We recently remodeled our kitchen and took the opportunity to replace our old exhaust hood with one that better fit our style of cooking (Chinese); that means having a higher CFM rating. This is definitely an improvement over our previous hood both in terms of appearance and performance. The build quality is pretty good and the unit feels very solid. Noise-level is reasonable and we generally like the ”gesture” feature for changing the fan speed (though it does mean that one can occasionally turn on the fan if passing too close to the unit!). The touch control panel with LED indicators looks good, too, and is so practical for keeping the hood clean, as there are no switches or buttons to work around, just a smooth surface. Lights are bright and can be dimmed via the touch-panel, as well. Installation was not easy for us for two main reasons: 1) the instructions were almost exclusively for a vertical vent (we have an existing horizontal duct) though the hood itself is built to support both horz. and vert. And 2) there is no built-in support for hardwiring the unit to power (it’s built to be plugged into an outlet). Consequently, in our installation it was necessary to cut the power cord and splice in wiring. While I’m comfortable with electrical work, I would have liked a documented or “factory-approved” option for making that modification. Beyond that, the installation was very conventional and easy. I would be remiss if I did not emphasize that, overall, this exhaust hood is a great value in terms of features, build quality and appearance. It really compliments our kitchen and looks as good or better than a pricier equivalent.

The range hood is well built out of good quality stainless steel. The filter grills are well designed for airflow and grease entrapment. They remove easily and clean up in the sink with just a little soaking. The controls take just a little bit of getting use to. I definitely like not having to physically touch the fan/light controls by using hand gestures. But, movement in front of the controls can cause unintended operation. Learning to provide a little clearance takes practice. I contacted IKTCH regarding an issue and was provided excellent customer service by Emma, thank you.

This is a fabulous exhaust fan and exactly what I was looking for. The suction is very powerful, and it does an excellent job removing smoke and cooking odors. The build quality is solid, and the unit looks great once installed. I did have a small commercial issue regarding the price of the unit, so I reached out to customer support. Emma from IKTCH went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied. She followed up with me consistently until the resolution I was hoping for was reached, and I truly appreciated the effort and professionalism she showed throughout the process. I also had a question regarding installation, and I received a helpful response within about 12 hours, which made the process much easier. Overall, this has been a great experience. AAA vendor, AAA customer support, and AAA product. Highly recommended.

I recently installed this Range Hood in my kitchen, and it has exceeded my expectations in both form and function. Specifically: - Powerful and sleek, this 900-CFM range hood efficiently clears smoke and odors. - Gesture sensing and touch controls add modern convenience to cooking. - Installation is straightforward, though the unit is notably heavy. easy to install, looks good, does not make too much noise on high (as much as I expected for a fan running at high speed moving 900 cfm). took a bit of practice to use the "wave the hand gesture" to operate the fan - but works well. did not think I would use the remote - but I do and it works well . one little problem which I did not notice during my initial test runs, one fan blade/wheel was not secured to the shaft( see video of the fan wobble ) . Easy fix I just realigned blade to to the flat spot on the shaft and tightened the locking bolt. works well now, no viberation.

It is not up to the mark. The performance might be adequate, but it has scratches, and the protective film on top was torn off. I am unable to return it as I would have to pay out of pocket.
