It works and it looks good. It replaced a Grohe which was also plastic but costs $50 more. Installed in 30 seconds.

Good product
It is easy to put on and use. After our original one broke we went years before I realized we could buy one of these. Wish I had thought of looking sooner.

Fits great!
I was skeptical after reading some reviews but this fits perfect! It goes on and stays on and holds the showerhead just fine. It's definitely plastic so be careful with it but it's great!

SO EASY TO ATTACH FITS PERFECT

The shower head holder IS NOT TILTABLE on the fly
you need a screwdriver to adjust the part that holds the shower head. and then it's fixed in place, you cannot tilt the shower head up and down on the fly and have it hold to the degree that you want. so basically useless.

Flimsy and bulky
Bought it for replace broken Ikea shower head holder and it’s kinda work(ish) but compared to this even Ikea looks and feels like space craft and hold shower head more consistently.But this holder can play in all directions no matter how hard you tighten it.
