This pan is excellent quality — sturdy, well-made, and distributes heat evenly. Nothing sticks, cleanup is easy, and it holds its shape beautifully. A go-to pan that performs exactly as expected. Highly recommend. I also recommend buying cake pan inserts to keep your pans looking new for years.

This 9x13 pan checks all the boxes! The quality exceeded my expectations. Squared corners not rounded. Sturdy, not thin. Heats and bakes evenly. Non stick for real and easy clean up. My daughter borrowed to make an extra batch of dinner rolls this holiday and immediately asked for one for her January BDay. Adding the 8 inch pan as well.

I never imagined a simple pan would improve my baking skills, so I was pretty surprised with this purchase. A heavy-weight, non-stick baking pan that really sets the standard in craftsmanship and quality. Nothing seems to stick to this baking pan. Not even the stickiest Baklava, Focaccia, or Caramel Rolls. The perfect size for a 9 x 13 inch pan primarily because of its square seams and corners. This pan is bent and not stamped like lower cost options. I'm definitely a convert to USA Pans.

This is a really sturdy pan that feels heavy to the hand. Great quality and well made. Purchased to make small Detroit deep dish pizza. The easy clean up and non stick quality is unparalleled and really stands out. It bakes well, quickly and evenly and can withstand 525 degrees easily. It does scar easily so either use silicone or plastic or be ready for the bottom to be dinged quite a bit. I’d imagine it would work just as well for cakes and casseroles. Great high quality purchase. Highly recommend!

I love this pan and can't wait to buy more. I specifically chose this one because most of the other baking pans have rounded corners and are sloped inward at a steeper angle so giving something that's going to be rectangular just an awkward shape. I didn't want something like that and this is pretty much the only pans that I could find that didn't do that. There are a few other brands but not anything that I've ever heard of. These are some really good quality pans. They're nice and hefty they feel good with the weight, they have even cooking . When I used it the first time I was making a banana cake and I cut some parchment to size and then folded it crisp along the walls of the pan and then would fold another piece going the opposite direction and it worked out beautifully. I could lift the entire cake out of the pan with no problem and it's still clean. Everything baked perfect and it has nice sharp edges.. One thing that every pan basically has the issue with though is the heating on the edges so next time I'll be using my cake strips around the perimeter of the pan to slow down the heat and cooling so the edges don't cook too fast and become crispy because that's what causes cakes and things to dome is the edge is hardening too fast before it has a chance to fully rise and cake strips help with that immensely. I've used them on my round pans but I haven't had the opportunity to try them on a rectangle pan so we'll update the review once I try that but it's a beautiful pan. It's got some good solid weight to it it's got nice crisp clean corners, doesn't leak at least not the one I have. It's non-stick and it's made in the US for people who are partial for that so happy baking

I so wish I had purchased this pan decades ago. It is amazing! Excellent! Superb! Does not warp, scratch, or cause any issues. Bakes evenly and is super-duper strong!! I mean VERY strong. Comes clean in a jiffy. Tossed and donated all my warped 9 x 13" pans and smile every time I used this one. :) Bought the smaller size and plan to give this pan as my go-to wedding gift going forward.

From the other reviewers' comments, and that it is made in the states, I purchased the 9 x13 pan and it worked wonderfully for the specific recipe I bought it for (Millionaire's Shortbread). I do have a caution, when you wash it lay it on it's long side so the water that gets trapped at the folded ends comes out before you fill it with your batter. (This is why I gave it only 4 stars - otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.) It did not twist or warp when heated and it is a sturdy baking pan. I will buy others. (I'll probably croak before the pans do!)
