For those who say this product doesn't work are idiots this product is for hormonal imbalance not to grow breast. This is essentially the equiv of a birth control pill using natural herbs instead of big pharm medications. If your breast didn't perk out on BC it won't grow on these. Get plastic surgery and be done with it. I bought this because of all of the ingredients that are in the medication that are ment to nurture your things like pcos without causing ovarian cysts to grow or burst. Which is a very painful side effect to BC. The difference between this and BC is that it does not prevent pregnancy but balances your hormones. Aka thinking hair, facial hair etc. This is a great alternative to BC which can damage your reproductive system because it contains natural ingredients mwnt to refgualate your cycle. If your cycle is already normal don't take it. It will do more harm then good by shortening your cycle. Like someone complained about in reviews. This product is amazing for those with morragh excess bleeding and those with a wrecked 55+ day cycle. Where you don't bleed. If this isn't you, pass it by. I have been taking this product for about a week after nonstop use of BC with horrid painful results. This product supports my body sexually, as mucus isn't godly thick because of progesterone. Because it contains no estrogen on its own I know that it won't stop my body from releasing eggs. This is natural to support your body by helping you balance your hormones and not adding fake to the mix. I have noticed that it has started to slow facial hair from growing not drastically as I know that kind of fix can take a year plus with natural BC. But this isn't making my hair fall out, or ovaries hurt. So I give it a five star on that alone. I will give it more stars if all the ingredients listed are actually there. Considering the smell of it kinda barkish I am very sure it. Isn't just ingredients on a label. Keep the quality good and I will be back for more. FYI look up every ingredient on this bottle. It is ment for ovarian health and hormonal balance. If you don't do your research before taking something like this you will harm your body. Is taking asprin without sy!ptoms. Hormones are very delicate and you need to be careful or prepare for a life long battle to rebalance it and or lose your fertility. This product will take a minimum of 3 months to work balancing out of whack cycles. Take it same time same amount every day Thank you solaray for combinding everything a girl like me needs for natural treatment all in one pill. With this and proper diet I hope to get my fertility back! One suggestion that sticker on the bottle that covers that awesome message about no extra ingredients added that isn't on the label don't cover that display it proudly. I fins comfort in knowing there is no hidden ingredients in the bottle

I have used these off and on for a while. To put things into perspective: I am becoming transexual (mtf.) I didn't like the idea of prescription grade hormones, and getting Rx grade hormones is pretty hard, especially when dealing with stupid insurance companies and pesky doctors. SO, I tried this and was pleasantly surprised! Within a few weeks I noticed small physical changes - softer skin, lightening hair, and most importantly my body shape started changing. I am beginning to become a little more contoured in all the right ways. I did start to grow breasts, and they're coming along nicely. It is also evident that my hips have been changing as well, as men's pants don't seem to fit "right" anymore. For the first month, my (developing) breasts would sometimes feel itchy. As for the other changes, people started commenting on how they say I look different (but they can never actually place what it is, ha!) I stopped taking it for maybe about 6 to 8 months, and the changes to my body seemed to stay. I just recently began taking it again. I looked in the mirror and more changes to my body are evident. Breasts are a little more shapely, Hips seem to be continuing changing their shape. Skin is noticeably softer. I also have had a significant increase in my sex drive. I don't know if this is an intended effect (especially for biologically male transgendered people,) but it seems evident. As far as I know, this only adds estrogen and other female hormones. I don't know whether or not it has any testosterone blocking agents (or if the body does it by itself by virtue of the female hormones being present?) I would say it's a good start to those wanting to start HRT. It may even be a good replacement for it. Only time will tell, but I've only heard good things about this from other trans people.

I use this app to keep track of my cycle and for 3 years, it has always been 100% accurate on start date and duration. Usually I can tell right before I'm about to bleed because I have really bad PMS that includes severe cramping that causes me to have terrible abdominal & thigh pain, headaches, sweats, and sometimes black out which continues a few days even after my period starts and is accompanied by "relationship-destroying" mood swings. Basically, every month I am traumatized by menstrual pain (I'd have to stay home days at a time when I was in high school). Well, I started taking these about a week and a half before my period and didn't see any changes, but I decided to be hopeful and keep taking them. I began freaking out because my period was 5 days late and I had not experienced any symptoms! I kept trying to google if taking these hormone supps increased your chances of pregnancy because I thought these pills had made me miss my period. My boyfriend and I were freaking out about what our next steps should be, but we decided to nervously wait a few days and it's a good thing we did! It turns out that taking these helped me get on a regular 4-week cycle instead of my usual 3-week cycle, which I'm grateful for because I have an extra week for activities before I am bed ridden again. Honestly, I am so relieved and impressed that taking these helped ease my symptoms & pain! My boyfriend couldn't even tell it was "that time" again haha. Usually, I take about 3 tabs of motrin to battle my sharp pains, and ofc these pills are not as strong but they are made of all natural ingredients. I've decided to take these instead of pain relievers since they are able to effectively subdue the stabs in my abdomen to something a bit more manageable. My flow does seem heavier but I hope that means it will last shorter. I'm overall happy and impressed with what these have done for me so far - 4 stars & I will update it to 5 stars if these do help my breasts grow as some other reviews have claimed.

Relieved hot flashes after taking for 1 week.

I got them when an attempt at HRT gave me breast tenderness that lasted for two weeks. After I started popping these, suddenly that was all gone, and a period showed up. I can't be sure it's what caused my body to manage its hormones better, but I think I'll be taking this indefinitely now.

I’ve been using Solaray products for years. The last 2 purchases I got the 240 Ct bottle. It absolutely does not work like the 180 or 100 Ct bottles have in the past. But of course I was purchasing cause it was more cost efficient. I called to ask them about it & they said they do not sell the 240 Ct at Solaray but they make it especially for Amazon. And all of a sudden they aren’t making that size anymore. Anytime I call they won’t address my concerns that I feel this 240 Ct bottle is just sand or a bunch of nothing. The color of the capsules also looks completely different from any capsules in the past. Did they mess up this batch & are not admitting to it? Do they purposely sell a junk bottle on Amazon solely for profit? Or are they like so many other manufacturers these days… making a cheaper product to try to save a buck?? I’m in the process of receiving a refund for my last 240 Ct purchase (the first 240 Ct bottle I got I was just hoping one day it would work. And I only bought a 2nd bottle cause Solaray assured me that the formula was exactly the same) Because this is the only product that has ever worked for my hormones, I am going to purchase the 180 Ct bottle again & see if I have success with my hormones again. I bet the capsules will be a different color as well. I hate to write this review cause I have always loved Solaray products, I just do not appreciate at all when a business that I have trusted for so long seems to have turned shady! I do believe I deserve better customer care as I have been a long time customer for many many years!!

I’ve only been taking these a week now. I bought them due to heavy menstruation due to perimenopause. I thought they would balance things out and reduce the flow but I don’t think they have done anything. They have a terrible grassy taste after taking them and are a little bulky to swallow. I wouldn’t purchase again.
