We liked the COLD pack.
1] Good Size for the back. 2] When placed on the back, feels smooth and not hard rock stone feel of Frozen gel. 3] The exterior material is thickish and that could be the reason for the ice pack remaining intact for the last few weeks.

In less than a week, the gel leaked. The product quality is bad and not worth it!

Durable for long term use
Quality of this ice pack is super. The outer rexine layer is thick and durable. It retains coldness till very long time. 20 minutes easily once it is properly frozen in the freezer.

Short supply of accessories
Product was received without cloth cover and without elastic belt inside . Kindly supply these 2 items . On the cover it is mentioned that they are included in supply . Prof s k jain

It works !!
I needed a large size cooling pad as a pillow since I cant and dont use normal pillows for sleeping due to their large size. This one is a good substitute and cools face too while sleeping. Superb for my purpose.
