I get these vitamin D gummies for my 12-year-old daughter. She and I both take them. They taste good and always arrive fresh and not clumped together. I have not had trouble with them melting. Not sure if I feel a difference but they taste nice except for the peach ones. When fresh, they're sweet, flavorful, and nice chewy texture. They do get dry/hard after opening the bottle everyday.

Tastes great and good vitamin D

I take four of these every day like clockwork and I am very deficient in vitamin D, and I barely scratches the surface, but I have seen such a great improvement even with just the four a day. I highly recommend a great way to sneak in a little more vitamin D which quite frankly we all could use, especially if you don’t get sunshine every day. Very effective they hold up well they’re delicious. They don’t bother my tummy. Highly recommend.
