Tons of power, nice look, no issues
Works great. I mounted under my desk to help conceal, but has a nice clean look. Works perfectly, can charge multiple devices (tablets, phones, keyboard, etc) and still have accessories like my web cam connected without issue.

Three Stars
Updated Review: It has completely quit working... It is barely over a year and I had issues with it dismounting already but I had had this issue with so many others that I just kept it but now it is not working at all... It is a shame that these things don't last. I would happily pay more if I could find one that was better quality.Original Review: It works ok but it keeps disconnecting and un-mounting drives, wireless headset nub, etc.

Mostly good, but not for some USB 3.0 devices
This device has 7 ports: One for charging only, 3 USB 2.0, and 3 USB 3.0.* The charging port works well - faster charging than through PC's ports (when AC adapter is used).* The USB 2.0 ports work well for all devices that I have used.* The USB 3.0 ports with USB 3.0 are inconsistent (similar to Karim Y's review): Sometimes/often my devices are not recognized. A disconnect/reconnect rarely helps. I have seen this problem with 2 USB 3.0 external drives plus with an 802.11AC USB 3.0 network adapter. If not recognized, I can always use the devices in the PC or docking station USB 3.0 ports. An Amazon Basics 4-port USB 3.0 hub has not shown these problems with my USB 3.0 devices.

Works OK, some minor issues.
Pros: Seems to work ok. Got it on my 2010 Mac Pro (which only has USB 2.0). But all ports seem to function OK. It is anice size and I appreciate the power on LED.Cons: 1. The supplied USB cable did not work. I had to supply my own and it worked.2. Why the one USB port for only charging a Samsung? It just seems to have 5 V, not data connection.Update: found a good use for the (Samsung) charging port. It charges my Logitech wireless MX mouse!

OK if you want unreliable USB 3.0
Worked great for a long time but always noticed USB 3.0 devices would not work on the USB 3.0 ports sometimes. Now, I can never get them to work. Forces me to make all my USB 3.0 devices run at 2.0 speeds. In addition, plugging in a portable hard drive through the hub vs on my laptop only gives me half speed via the hub when the USB 3.0 port on the hub does actually work. Right now though I basically have a 2.0 hub which is not what I paid for.

A great time saver!
A very nice addition to a laptop or desk top computer that only has a few USB ports. My new All in one computer does have 4 usb 2.0 ports on the back, but only 2 usb 3.0 ports ON THE BOTTOM which makes it difficult to us the 3.0 ports. Now, with the small powered unit with 3 usb 3.0 ports and 4 usb 2.0 ports I can add items (like a garmin sports watch for transfers to Garmin Connedt website), my Scosche heart monitor arm band, and any other item I wish to charge the battery or transfer information. This is much more convenient than trying to plug into the existing ports that are not very accessible on the HP all in one computer. I like this item and it is worth the extra money because it has a power supply of it's own.

Fatal Flaw with this XTG Home Power Station.. Please Read first before you buy
This product works good for me at first but then I found out that it has a fatal flaw. The hub has 3 usb 3.0 ports and 4 usb 2.0. ports. The 3 usb 3.0 ports seems to be paired together. When you try to use Windows safety eject on PC, I found out you have to eject all 3 USB 3.0 ports at once. So say if you have a thumb drive, 2.5 hard drive and a mouse, if you try to eject the thumb drive all 3 will be disconnected. Another thing is that once ejected there is no way to plug it back and have the ports register until you restart the computer. I have tried to disconnect/reconnect usb cable from hub to pc but it won't work. Only a restart of the PC will get the 3 USB 3.0 ports to work again. Oddly enough it doesn't affect the USB 2.0 ports at all. All those ports behave normally.I would advise against purchasing this XTG Home Power Station Hub.

Stopped working
Worked fine for a few months then died. The power light is on but doesn't interact with computer or charge any devices.
