LOVING Democracy jeans - my new FAVE go-to! :) Not too tight, enough 'give' and stretch but not too much to be 'baggy' after a few hrs of wear. These ankle length jeans are perfect for my height - I'm 5'6", weigh ~175 and I got a sz 14. I don't cuff the bottom and I like the look. Bought two pair.

Extremely comfortable, high quality jeans. There’s a hidden elastic waistband that makes these real jeans feel like leggings. These are perfect for under high boots or dresses.

A bit too narrow at the ankle. It is also nice to buy jeans that fit in the waist. A use to have to buy jeans to fit my waist which made them too baggy at the butt. Not anymore . Thanks!

I love the fit of these jeans. You can feel the quality. They don't cut or bind in to my belly. They are soft and feel like leggings. I will buy another one in another color. I and going to donate my all my old jeans.

I was so nervous about getting my first pair of jeans online but I'm glad I went for it because this was the right pair! I got a size 14 and I'm 5'2. It fits perfect! It's definitely comfortable and also flattering. The dark wash is my favorite! I definitely recommend!

I used to love Democracy jeans. Their ab-solution meant that these jeans fit like no other. I didn't even need to wear a belt with these jeans. I was in love!So, what's the problem you may ask?The thighs. The thighs are the problem. These jeans are cheaply made. I don't think any pair of democracy jeans has lasted me more than a year. They usually fail in 6-9 months.Like clock work, these jeans always wear out in the thighs. I end up with giant holes in these jeans between my thighs, and the jeans effectively become unwearable.This isn't a one off either. It has happened to every pair of democracy jeans that I have owned, and I've owned at least 10 pairs.My advice: If you're a curvy plus sized lady, buy your jeans from Torrid. I've had my Torrid jeans for a year, and I see no signs of thigh wearing whatsoever.

These fit just right. I got a size 14. That's my usual size in pants. The rise is just below the belly button. They have a little bit of stretch and make my butt and legs look good. Great pair of jeggings that really look like jeans.
