the product is great, and since it is gluten free it is bound to be brittle.However, they now package it with bubble wrap and that keeps the biscuits togetherReally appreciate them for making this productAs per value for money, there is a delivery charge of 80, which is more than half the price of the product.... which does not make it worth the money unfortunately. Please could you check on that

The taste is really really good. I really like that they are so crisp. Tends to stick a little to teeth but much better than most GF options. Wish they were a little less sweet and that they didn’t charge so much for delivery especially since they do such a poor job of packaging that about 30% are broken/crushed. But net net still worth it. Bought it for the 4-5 time already.

I usually don't write reviews but I am writing this one because I can't imagine my life without these biscuits now. I have tried many gluten free biscuits in the past and these are simply the best. I loved my evening chai biscuits but when I was diagnosed with celiac disease last year, chai without biscuits was never the same again. These biscuits have filled that void for me. Also they take so much care in packing to avoid breakage that it almost hurts to unpack it. May this company keep making these until I die.

Good flavour but even after the great packaging the cookies were crushed inside (see photo).

Ordered for my parents, They simply loved it, The quality, Packaging, taste was beyond expectation, Will be ordering this every month. Keep up the good work.

I am a loyal customer of this company,every months atlst 2 packs of biscuits I order but I am very much disappointed ,It has come in a powdered form...just like a powder trust me,what to eat in that... previous year I ordered gluten free biscuits from other companies too thy give hard packaging...very disappointed... biscuits are good in taste and are fresh too but you will hardly get a biscuit to eat..it is all powder

Great taste. You don’t get that chalky taste that most gluten free biscuits have. It tastes like a good sweet and salty zeera biscuit

All biscuits were delivered broken. Disappointed and will never buy. They have packed broken biscuits. Although the packaging had bubble wrap it wasn’t enough.Over-priced and not recommended. Don’t buy it. I want to return it but the item is non-returnable.
