The Pampered Chef Black Small Micro Cooker 1 qt #2776

I have owned this product for over 15 years. For me it is a must have piece that I depend on daily in the kitchen. Besides the obvious capability for steaming fresh fish, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, turnups, califlower and greens, all to perfection.This daily piece boils 1qt of water in a minute and a half, makes delicious grits, oat meal and hot chocolate. Today I am ordering a new one because after 15 years I over cooked some broth which burned into the nylon. The price is a little higher, but my experience has proven this item is a work horse and you get what you pay for.

I have an identical item that I've been using for years and it is still in better condition than this one was when received

The product is awesome, I own four, and paid less than $15 each. More than $85 is outrageous.
