Metolius, Campus Rung Kit - 6-Pack

I decided to purchase these and build a compact campus board. My main reason was to simply use the different size rungs as a hang board for finger strength training (I've heard many times over that wood is a great material for dead-hang finger strength training)Additionally, with two of each size rung I was able to set up a mini campus board. I can pull up once, drop down, then pull up again with the other hand. Its not quite like training on a multi-rung campus board, but it gives me good workout options in a very confined space.

My husband is a climber, so I bought these as a gift for him for christmas. He was so excited to put them up in our garage to train. He says they’re great and even wants to buy more so he can do different holds.
