A god supplement for an octogenarian like me. I believe it helps with energy and oxidative stress.

Love this product! I take this supplement every-time I am under the weather. It helps to lessen the severity of a cold/ avoid getting sick . Easy on the stomach.

I haven't been using long enough to talk about health improvements, so far no side effects that i could notice either. Capsules are easy to swallow and everything else is fine.

I have read that piperine can cause stomach distress. Personally, it gives me diarrhea. Even if I were to take another product with pipeine, it would probably give me similar gastric distress. I don't believe mitochondrial improvement can be measured, thus many people then think that this product doesn't work. I am putting faith into taking these supplements for what they were meant to help.
