I bought this cause my friend recommended it, I used it at their house, I like it since. This is very easy to learn, all I need to do is show my husband a pictures where to place cupping and how. He was able to use it. From the very first time using it, I felt a noticeable difference in my body. The suction from the cups helps to target areas of stiffness or discomfort, offering deep relief. These work most of the time but seem to lose suction very easily. It can take several times to get them to suction and stay correctly.
