Nutrimill Bowl Scraper Attachment for Bosch Universal Plus Artiste Stand Mixers

Bought this replacement and it fit just like the original. It's a must have for mixing in the Bosch! It keeps the sides of the bowl clean so you don't have to work so hard. It comes apart and washes really well by hand or in the dishwasher.

I was very excited to get this after my original Bosch bowl scrapers broke and it's really hard to mix without bowl scrapers and keep the mixture all in the middle of the bowl. I wanted to buy the official Bosch product but it has been out of stock both at the Bosch kitchen store and online for so long that I got tired of waiting so I decided to try this one instead. But this was not the solution. The first time I tried it, after a lot of sweating, cursing and using a mallet I finally got it attached and then thought I would never get it off. The next time I tried it there was no way it was going on even with the mallet. This was so stiff and hard and it doesn't fit at all. I thought it was because I have a metal piece to cover but after seeing a video of someone trying it with a plastic piece I think it just doesn't fit any of them. I don't know how the people that have given this a good review are using it because I have tried everything to get them attached and it just won't snap on both sides. My husband couldn't get it on either. I tried doing it off the bowl and on the bowl. I am tall and strong, this should have been easy, and I won't be able to use it at all. The last time I tried it I actually hurt my shoulder so it's going to go in the trash apparently. For what it's worth, it worked great the one time I got it on but that's not saying much. Complete waste of money. I guess I'll have to wait for Bosch to get the official ones back in stock.

Did not fit my Universal Bosch Mixer! The piece was durable and looked fine, but the attachment piece (that snaps onto the mixer) didn't fit, not even close - I returned the product

This scraper attachment works better than any flex-edge beater I've had on traditional mixers. It really scrapes the bowl clean everywhere. I love that everything goes right in the dishwasher without worry. My only complaint is how carefully you need to remove it from the hub otherwise it will snap as others have shown. I carefully and gently pull the snaps out before lifting up. When something is covered in batter this is a pain. After that I pull out the grey scrapers and put them in the utensil holder in the dishwasher with the hub going on top rack. Always washes great. You get two sets of scrapers which is nice.I do think Bosch could make this attachment easier to use by doing something like a silicone hub where it can bend easier for removal.This scraper attachment is for light/medium batters only. Think cake batter, brownies, etc. You can use this with the wire whips, cookie paddles, and cake paddles.It's not for actual bread or pasta dough. There is a small grey dough attachment that is very sturdy and works great for those. This one is only for liquidy mixes.
