I rarely write reviews for companies, but this company not only has wonderful, quality products, but it also stands strong on customer service skills. We order the custom paintings often for our daughter, and one came to us with a computer glitch, we aren't sure what happened. When I reached out to the company, they responded immediately and sent a new product out right away. Product quality is always important, but ethics and customer care are just as important. The quality of the products is wonderful, the paints are always fresh (not dried out) and match the color of the picture very well. We've ordered from other companies, and this company stands out from the others.

My original order ( the family image ), was printed vertically on 16"×20" and it turned out blurry and too crowded. The seller was kind enough to redo the print horizontally on the same size canvas which turned out perfectly. The designer did a great job and the paint colors also matched perfectly with the picture.But the print by Chritian P8-2451 called for some "red" paint which did not match the image so I used another color thet would best match that part of the image. I had no issues with image # P8-3719. Overall, I'm satisfied with the printing. I'll be ordering more in the very near future.The cost are a lot more compared from the others but its worth paying for quality and faster delivery.

I was surprised how fast I received my paint by numbers like 10 days at the most picture looks just like the photo. I love how you can choose to have a frame on it from the beginning, and great options on the frames . Great quality in paint and canvas

I bought this as a gift for my best friend for Mother's Day as she lost her mom several years ago. I couldn't be any more pleased with the results. I finished in 5 days. I have been painting by numbers for a couple of years and I would not recommend taking something on this ornate as your first project. But for more experienced painters, this is a must. Find your favorite picture and turn it into art.. I will be ordering again.

I bought three of these for a birthday gift. I just finished the first and picture is attached.Received them and one of the paints spilled all over from one painting (the paint comes in separate packaging). I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement quickly and that was great.They give you a the canvas, a guide made of regular paper, and what the photo will look like when painted, so I was happy.I noticed when I was painting that there are quite a few patches that didn’t have a number. I even checked the guide and there were a few empty on there as well so I had to use my judgment.On the left side of this pairing around the stalks of flowers they put as sky, which was incorrect. It should have been a shirt, so I fixed it. They also had the woman on the right with yellow teeth, which is incorrect as she had a bright white smile, which I also fixed.All in all, I’m happy, however, I had to make adjustments and not sure everyone has a knack for that. I realize this painting also has a lot going on too. Just be choosy on what picture you send, or be prepared to make your own adjustments to make it look better.Lastly, don’t look at these up close, they are made to be a Monét painting.

This was one of the most satisfying creative projects I’ve ever done. The quality and materials truly set this kit apart from others I’ve tried in the past. I could see the attention to detail from the way the paint colors were perfectly matched to my photo to how each section of the canvas guided me smoothly through the process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both fun and a meaningful outcome.

Picture Matched original. It was fun and I'll be ordering another one. Can't wait to show hubby his Rocky that passed.Only thing was the paint brushes. Not the best that I brought new ones to simplify the painting.
