Hi, sorry no but dark brown is very dark, which is one of the color choices.

It doesn't claim to be waterproof so Nope I don't think so. Sweatproof, when I would wear it I really wouldn't do much strenuous work so I couldn't really say, but it is smudge proof and I can abide by that.
