What is the diameter of the fixed lower barrel?

It's 2 1/4". I don't know why people just guess when they don't know the answers. I'm returning the one I purchased that was too big.

How high is the lift of this jack? That is to say, what is the difference between the fully extended and fully retracted lengths?

The information on the box says the total length from the mounting plate to the ground when it is fully extended is 22 inches. The distance of travel is 14 inches so fully contracted it would be 8 inches from the mounting plate to the foot plate.

On the mid-center 3 bolt triangular piece, does anyone know the measurement from the center of each bolt hole to bolt hole? Mine are 5 inches apart.

Is the Jack foot plate removable to get the tube through the trailer tongue?

yes it is, there is a bolt that runs thru it that is easily removed.
